Contact me, so we can discuss your case and your options.  Wyoming uses a 10 years look back for DWUI/DUI.  For each DWUI/DUI conviction, the consequences increase.

1st offense DWUI/DUI conviction

Court  Consequences Wyoming Driving Privilege
up to 6 months jail / incarceration 3 months driver's license suspension
and up to 3 years probation 3 years SR-22 requirement
and up to $750 fine *If BAC at, or above, .15%, 6 months Ignition Interlock Device requirement

2nd offense DWUI/DUI conviction within 10 years

Court  Consequences Wyoming Driving Privilege
minimum 7 days jail / incarceration, up to 6 months jail / incarceration 1 year Ignition Interlock Device requirement
and up to 3 years probation 3 years SR-22 requirement
and minimum $200 fine, up to $750 fine  

3rd offense DWUI/DUI conviction within 10 years

Court  Consequences Wyoming Driving Privilege
minimum 30 days jail / incarceration, up to 6 months jail / incarceration 2 years Ignition Interlock Device requirement 
and up to 3 years probation 3 years SR-22 requirement
and minimum $750 fine, up to $3,000 fine  

4th offense DWUI/DUI conviction within 10 years

Court  Consequences Wyoming Driving Privilege
up to 7 years in prison Lifetime Ignition Interlock Device requirement  
and up to 7 years probation SR-22 requirement
and up to $10,000 fine
 

 

*Ignition Interlock Device requirement includes:

  • SR-22 on file with WY DOT
  • Ignition Interlock Device installed by provider, and paid for by individual
  • Ignition Interlock Restricted license issued by WY DOT, through local Driver Services
